As both an author and an editor, I have extensive experience honing, polishing and perfecting manuscripts in every genre. After 20 years of working in the publishing industry, I also have a strong sense of how to craft cover letters and to create the best presentation to prospective publishers and agents. My own books have been published by everyone from corporate publishers to university presses to independent and micro-presses. As a professional editor, I have worked with dozens of authors and the books that I have selected and edited have won numerous national awards and received praise in hundreds of media outlets. I also greatly enjoy teaching writing workshops and hold a Master’s Degree in Education which I have put to use teaching writing to everyone from elementary school to graduate students and beyond.
